The Emerald Video Package is a complimentary option when Hoosier DJ is also providing DJ services for your special event. This discounted package rate includes video recording of your 2-4 hour event during the contracted DJ performance time plus an additional 1/2 prior to DJ start time to record the wedding ceremony, (when the ceremony is in the same location as the reception). If the ceremony is elsewhere, but within the same county as the contracted reception, then an additional $75 will be added to the package to cover time, travel and costs incurred for this.
This package includes the wedding ceremony and reception highlights. You will receive ONE DVD of your event with this package. Additional DVD copies can be purchased in advance for $25 each.
Our regular rate for this Emerald Video Package without DJ service is $750 for up to 3 hours of reserved time and ONE DVD. Additional time can be added for $75 per 1/2 hour. Travel fees apply when the wedding ceremony and reception are in two different locations within the same county.
